During her three years of employment at Hugo & Marie, Sheena was promoted twice from her initial role of senior designer, to senior art director, to then lead art director and designer. She led junior members on the team by identifying and honing their unique talents while executing on all concept development, design and execution. Since then, she has worked on contracts with some of the most influential design institutions in New York City such as RO&CO, 2x4 and Chandelier Creative.
