Luggage Forward was born out of the simple idea that travelers should enjoy the journey as much as the destination. They set out to replace waiting at the baggage carousel with more vacation time by shipping luggage and gear from doorstep to destination. Nearly two decades later and countless bags shipped around the world, convenience is still core to everything they do. They have been deamed the leading global provider of door-to-door luggage and sports equipment delivery.

Concept
The mission was to reimagine the Luggage Forward brand identity for a more premium audience. With strong B2B relationships in the luxury hospitality space, they recognized that businesses were reluctant to advertise the partnership as a value add, as Luggage Forward’s consumer-facing identity lacked sophistication.
